Supplement Health Expert does not take payments or process returns. Joint Genesis orders are placed with the seller and its retailer, ClickBank. This page summarizes the seller's refund rules, and the seller's own refund page is the final word.

The 180-day guarantee

• The 180 days are counted from the date of your order, not from delivery, and the guarantee covers every package.
• It is an empty bottle guarantee: only unopened bottles are returned, and opened or empty bottles stay with you.
• Contact support within the 180 days with your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number. Email [email protected] or call (800) 589-4191 on weekdays from 6 am to 5 pm or Saturdays from 6 am to 2 pm, Pacific time.
• Return the unopened bottles with the packing slip. You pay the return shipping.

What you get back

The seller pays the refund within 5 to 7 business days of the bottles reaching it.

E-books

The two e-books that come with the 6-bottle package are digital files, so there is nothing physical to ship back for them.
